I need to add a SQL file to a MySQL database using Putty SSH. Does anyone remember the instructions to do that?

I have some MySql datetime entries that are in this format: 11/30/08 02:21:54

I need to display the datetime entries on the website without the time in it. Besides using pregmatch is there a better way to do it?

Thanks,
BT
